1. When should I order my wedding invitations?
- Invitations can be ordered as soon as your guest count is determined and your ceremony and reception times and details are confirmed. We recommend ordering 4-5 months before the wedding.
2. How many invitations will I need?
- Determine how many households you will be mailing to and allow at least 10-12 extra invitations for last minute additions. Invitations are ordered in multiples of 25.
3. Can I see a proof before my order is printed?
- When you order on our website, you will receive an instant proof in the typestyle and ink color you have chosen. If you order in our store, you can request a faxed black and white proof on any item before printing. Invitation proofs are $8.00; proofs of reception and response cards are $4.00 each; ceremony programs proofs are $10.00.
- We recommend that you first visit our store to view our catalogs of invitations. No appointment is required. Once you have selected your invitations, we recommend an appointment so that you have all the information needed and are prepared to place your order. Please allow 1-1/2 hours for your appointment time.
- We offer evening appointments after store hours to coordinate with your work schedule.
4. How long does it take for printing of my invitations?
- Once you have placed your order with us and approved your proof, it generally takes about 7 days for printing.
